This event is the first of its kind bringing monsterfudgers from all over the country together. To apply to be an attending author, please submit the 2025 Author Application.
Each package comes with one pass for the author. PA passes must be purchased in addition and must be tied to an author registration. PAs cannot register individually.
Below is a snapshot of the benefits included with each tier. There are a Limited number of spots at each tier.
Author Full Table Weekend: 40 MAX
Author Half Table Weekend: 20 MAX
Author One Day: 8 EACH DAY MAX

INFORMATION
This event is the first of its kind bringing monsterfudgers from all over the country together. To apply to be a vendor, please submit the 2025 Vendor Application.
Each vendor slot includes one badge that gives passholders access to all of the conference programming as well the Thursday evening Influencer Event. Additional Staff badges must be tied to a vendor. Vendor staff cannot register individually.
Vendors will receive a 6' table, chairs, and linens unless otherwise requested. Slots are limited.
